Kristoffer Polaha landed one of his
earliest acting gigs on the WB's Birds of Prey,
playing the mysterious superhero Darkstrike. Kristoffer
was most recently seen as Jason Matthews on Fox's North
Shore.
Kristoffer, a graduate of New York University's Tisch School
of the Arts, has appeared in episodes of popular series
Angel, Roswell, That's Life,
and Tru Calling, and starred in the unaired Fox
pilot Third Degree.
On the big screen, Kristoffer starred in Michael Ferry's
independent film Aller simple pour Manhattan (also
known as Petty Crimes). Kristoffer's theatrical
credits include the plays Ragtime Revue at Lincoln
Center, Long Day's Journey Into Night at Roundabout
Theater and Bread and Butter at Provincetown Playhouse.
He also played the title role in Richard III and
Astrov in Uncle Vanya at the Stella Adler Conservatory.
Kristoffer is also known for playing the title role in
the TBS telefilm America's Prince: The John F. Kennedy
Jr. Story.
Kristoffer and his wife, actress Julianne Morris, currently
reside in both Hawaii and Los Angeles. Julianne gave birth
to their first child, Kristoffer Caleb, on July 28, 2004,
in Honolulu.
